The Wellness Program is a two-month, individually tailored program coming soon to KAUST Health. Attend the CommunityLife@KAUST information session to learn more and ask questions to the program organizers and facilitators.
Take a holistic approach to your future!
Attending the Wellness Program will help you to improve your ability to make healthy lifestyle choices. KAUST Health will teach you to understand how your overall health is affected by various behavioral, emotional, and social factors, and give you the tools to make positive changes in your life.
