The Information Technology (IT) department with Facilities Management are delighted to announce the launch of the enhanced user interface and self-booking feature of Campus Room Booking and Audio Visual Services. Seamless Conference Room Booking online experience is now available with the enhanced features introduced through our KITS (KAUST IT Services) automated system. The new features are:
- Smart Conference Room Search
- Enhanced Look and Feel
- Enhanced approval workflows for Building 19, Between Buildings
Auditorium and Level 5 rooms. - Conference Room Calendars visibility
This enhanced service will be available to all KAUST staff and students starting Sunday, December 31, 2017, through the KAUST Portal under Self Services. The best browsers to run this application would be Google Chrome and Firefox.
KITS will continue to grow and develop – more features and automated IT services will be available soon.
