Is there any explanation as to why the number of destinations and days for some destinations have been slashed? For destinations like Roshan and Jarir, this was just a second stop for an already existing bus, why has this been removed?
For those of us without a car and women who can’t drive, the buses are a vital service and this cut in locations without any consultation from the whole community is terrible. Jarir is pretty much the only place to go for books, stationary, art and craft supplies, and computer components and, in my experience when I have gone on many occasions, is a fairly popular destination.
Unfortunately, the only feedback option listed is a mobile phone number and I would very much like to have a response in writing detailing what has led to this decision so can a contact email address please be provided as well as guidance on a proper complaints procedure regarding this change.
