Government Affairs would like to inform the KAUST community that the registration deadline for the upcoming Explore Saudi Arabia trip to the Al-Janadriyah Festival has been extended to Tuesday, January 31.
The trip will run from Thursday, February 9 to Saturday, February 11. Spaces are limited; only the first 46 people registered will join the trip.
To register, print and complete the Al-Janadriyah Trip application form and email a scanned version with supporting documents to ExploreSaudiArabia@kaust.edu.sa.
Please note: Once registration is complete and your booking is confirmed, payment will be collected at the GA Center before the deadline. Given the advance preparation and block bookings required to organize these excursions, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations.

Cost per person:
- Adult (age 12+): 2,000 SAR (cash only)
- Child (age 2-12): 1,000 SAR (cash only)
- Infant: 100 SAR (not occupying a seat in the bus)
