The Information Technology (IT) Department is pleased to announce the launch of My Assets service on KITS (KAUST Information Technology Services), the automated user-friendly service request system.
My IT Assets service is now available to KAUST staff through the KAUST Portal under Request Management System and IT Equipment Services group.
Through My IT Assets service, you can check out all the IT assets owned by you and report any discrepancy.
More services will be available in the future.
We encourage you to use KITS e-Services and provide any feedback on your experience to KITSSupport@kaust.edu.sa.
