Registration for the Winter Enrichment Program (WEP) 2017 is now open. To register for events, please visit enrichment.kaust.edu.sa.

Don’t miss any of the WEP signature events which will feature nine exceptional keynote lectures by speakers who have all pushed the limits within their field.

- Monday, January 9: Ed Stone – The Voyager Journey to Interstellar Space
- Tuesday, January 10: Christopher Fabian – Using science, technology, and venture investment to help balance an asymmetric world
- Wednesday, January 11: Dirk Ahlborn – Hyperloop: The Future of Transportation
- Thursday, January 12: Theo Jansen – Pushing the Limits of Kinetic Arts: Strandbeests
- Sunday, January 15: Steph Davis – Choosing to Fly: Examining Fear, Risk and Resilience
- Monday, January 16: Cindy Lee Van Dover – From Exploration to Exploitation? Opportunities and Imperatives in the Deep Sea
- Tuesday, January 17: Martin Fischer – Preparing for the America’s Cup: A technological and a human challenge
- Wednesday, January 18: Estelle Metayer – Your Future of Technology and Science: breathtaking opportunities and significant choices
- *All keynote lectures, with the exception of the first, will be held
- in the Auditorium (bldg. 20) from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
Register before Tuesday, December 20 as events are filling quickly and some are already fully booked.
Students and postdoctoral fellows: Don’t forget to register for the WEP poster competition. TKS students, graduate students and scientists, register to participate in the Science Fair and showcase your science at KAUST.
