Fiona Metcalfe is an expressive, open and emotionally intelligent multi-lingual trainer and coach with 18 years international experience of designing and delivering communication skills programmes to delegates in a range of academic, private, public, and voluntary organisations.
Combining her dynamic training style with the ability to put people at ease, she creates a stimulating learning environment in which to deliver workshops and courses that are interactive, practical, challenging and fun. Fiona is passionate about motivating others to strengthen their self belief and harness their strengths in order to maximise their full potential.
A “people” person with an avid interest in behavior and self development has led her to enhance her professional background in human resources into the areas of occupational and counseling psychology.
