The Department of Government Affairs would like to inform you that the Ministry of Hajj has implemented a new procedure for Hajj this year. This new procedure will be introduced and have applicants choose their campaigns on the Ministries portal and submit their payment.
Based on the new procedures, Government affairs would like to introduce two options:
Option 1

For your convenience, a representative from Al Khomasiah campaign will come to KAUST to collect all your papers and payments. Please come to the Harbor Sports Club on Tuesday, August 18 between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m to submit your application, documents and payments (cash only).
Please bring the following documents:
- Copy of iqama or national ID
- Three passport photos
- Immunization records
- Proof of blood type
Option 2
For other campaign requests, please submit your application and payment through the Ministry of Hajj portal: http://localhaj.haj.gov.sa/LHB/pages/home.xhtml?dswid=-8011
Please ensure the following:
Get your immunizations – Before performing Hajj, you must be fully immunized as required by the Ministry of Health. Information and vaccinations are available at the KAUST Medical Clinic.
