424 children helped, but we can do much more!
As we approach the midway point in the Thuwal & Qadimah School Kit Campaign, we are pleased to report that, thanks to the KAUST community, we have generated enough support to provide school supplies to more than 400 children.
While this is a great accomplishment, we are still about three quarters of the way from our goal of serving all 2000 children in Thuwal and Qadimah to ensure that they are well prepared for the start of the school year.
With four weeks left to go there are several things you can do to support this important cause:
- Purchase a voucher in Tamimi, the Campus Diner, or Matjar Gift Shop where you see the School Kit Campaign boxes
- Find us at the KAUST Community Iftar on Wednesday, July 1 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., on the Discovery Walk in front of the University Library.
- Help us promote the voucher sales at our promotional tables. If interested, contact us at volunteer@kaust.edu.sa.
