As faculty, staff or postdoc, you and your family can contact the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for information, resources and guidance to assist you in achieving work/life balance, maintaining healthy relationships, adjusting to living abroad, managing finances, reducing stress, long-distance caregiving, consumer advice and much, much more.
Your EAP also provides support with information searches such as planning a trip, seeking a contractor for a job back home, or sourcing car or expat travel insurance. You can also connect with a counselor to discuss more personal issues via telephone, SKYPE or face-to-face.
Accessing your EAP is easy. You can benefit from free, confidential support by phone, email or web, and have the option to speak with someone in your own language.
