This screening is part of Orientation 2014, and presented by Dr. Michael Berumen, Assistant Professor of Marine Science and Engineering at KAUST.

  • Desert Seas” is a documentary created for National Geographic, which explores the dazzling Red Sea and the wondrous Arabian Gulf. Saudi Aramco teamed with renowned Icon Films (creators of the hit series, “River Monsters”) to create this stunning feature. The film was also aided by tremendous support from KAUST’s Marine Sciences Department.

As a Science and Technology major till I was 18 I am very interested on these special screening. But as I work in Admin, I don’t finish work until 5pm.

Is it possible to repeat the show at after 5pm on a weekday or an time at weekend?

Other options maybe showing via Kaust TV network in the future or via intranet web link?
