MERS Coronavirus Update

Although recently there has been a slight increase in the number of identified cases across the Kingdom, there have been no cases of MERS Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) at KAUST.
To help keep our community a healthy environment, please be sure to practice good hygiene. Standard control measures and infection prevention are crucial in protection against viruses and should be adopted by all.

The World Health Organization does not advise special screening at points of entry with regard to this virus, nor does it currently recommend the application of any travel or trade restrictions. For further information and updates, visit the Ministry of Health website: http://www.moh.gov.sa
