The Visualization Core Lab is pleased to announce two workshops on High Performance Computing (HPC) Visualization with ParaView. Experts from the KAUST Visualization Core Lab will introduce ParaView, an open-source multi-platform data analysis and visualization application.

First session: Introduction to ParaView/HPC Visualization
Wednesday, April 23
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Al-Khawarimi west, level 2, Visualization Lab Showcase
This session is targeted towards beginners and intermediate users of ParaView. An introduction to the ParaView GUI and Scientific Visualization will be offered, along with basic concepts of visualizing small to medium-sized data will be demonstrated in a hands-on session.
Second session: Advanced Topics and Case Studies
Thursday, April 24
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Al-Khawarimi west, level 2, Visualization Lab Showcase
Selected speakers will present workflows and case studies to visualize multi-terabyte datasets. An introduction to distributed visualization and co-processing with ParaView will also be presented.
