Collecting metrics is important for startups, but making decisions using data can be difficult. It’s important to understand how to collect and use these metrics, in order to develop a decision-making framework for startup developments. Dave will outline a framework for selecting macro metrics to get your startup on the right path.

In course of the lecture, Dave will outline the five critical steps in the customer lifecycle; Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue (AARRR).
