The KAUST Travel Office prioritizes bookings for these hotels for business trips to honor the corporate agreement and to ensure KAUST continues receiving these perks and exclusive privileges.
This corporate agreement will continue expand to include others cities and hotel chains.

Yes this has been discussed with the representatives from the Hotel. It would be for the benefit of KAUST Community and agreeable to Hyatt, to include alumni, as well as family members (without KAUST ID) of KAUST employees/students, provided Travel Office can provide proper proof of identification.
The agreement with Hyatt is a jumpstart to many privileges that we wish to obtain for the community through corporate agreements with various hotel chains, and definitely we have in mind, to extend such benefits to alumni, family members, and business partners.
