I understand that you are trying to improve services.
But to give us absolutely no notice that you are removing certain bus services is completely unfair.
I go to first clinic most Thursday mornings as its the only days for my specific treatment. I had a bus booked since last week, and now i double checked and the booking is removed and apparently there’s no morning bus to first clinic anymore.
First you removed the 12pm busses and now the mornings. How are we supposed to get the treatments we need only in the evenings.
Hello Laura,
Thank you for your message and for sharing how the change affects your visits to the First Clinic. We understand how important it is to have transport that supports medical appointments, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
The updated schedule was designed after reviewing passenger usage and feedback to meet the needs of the majority of users. We see that has impacted some individual routines, and your feedback is important to us.
Please email your feedback to BusServices@kaust.edu.sa so it can be considered for future updates to the service.
Where are the morning buses to the first clinic on the weekend? We can’t go during the weekdays
King’s college hospital and The first clinic must be in one bus in the morning at least.
Thank you for your feedback regarding weekend morning buses to the First Clinic. We understand that weekdays aren’t always possible for everyone and feel your frustration.
The decision was based on passenger usage patterns and feedback, with the aim of serving the majority. Can you please email your feedback to BusServices@kaust.edu.sa as we’d like to make sure it’s recorded for any future updates to the schedule.
