As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing visitors’ experiences, the Recreation Departments will be introducing a new Visitor Management System at their reception areas starting May 1.
By implementing this technology-based system, we will be able to automate our check-in processes, thus enhancing efficiency, streamlining processes, and securely managing your data.
You no longer need to fill out applications upon your first visit to a facility, whether for yourself or your visitors from outside KAUST. Additionally, you no longer need to provide an ID number for yourself and every member of your family to access the gym or any other facility.
Instead, simply scan your QR code to gain instant access for yourself, your visitors, and your family.
