The program features a prelude from the well-tempered clavier, a cornerstone from the baroque keyboard repertoire followed by performances from the great early romantic composers including, Chopin, and Schumann. Younger listeners and adults alike will be enthralled by Mozart’s popular variations on a French folk song. With a performance of Johannes Brahm’s exquisite intermezzo from his later piano works and a selection of his four-hand Hungarian Dances, discover one of the romantic period’s most revered and popular composers.
