The University’s holiday will be from Sunday, April 23 to Thursday, April 27, 2023 (both dates inclusive), with The KAUST School break starting on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. To assist with your travel planning or staycation at KAUST, Government Affairs, Community Life, HR, Graduate Affairs and IT offer the following support:

Government requests before the Eid Break

Due to the closure of government agencies for Eid Al-Fitr, please submit all requests and visa applications to Government Affairs before 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 9, 2023. For more information, refer to The LENS.

Travel requirement reminders

If you plan to travel, please ensure that exit/re-entry visas, iqama and current passport details are valid and correct. Further reminders can be found on The LENS.
