Government Affairs department would like to announce to the whole KAUST community about the requests regarding upcoming Eid Al-Fitr period.
To ensure prompt processing and to avoid any potential delays of your requests and visa applications, we advise you to submit all requests before 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 9, 2023.
Please note that all Saudi Government agencies will be closed from April 13, 2023, for the Eid Al Fitr break. Regular business hours will resume on Sunday, April 30, 2023.
In case of off-campus emergencies requiring Government Affairs assistance, please contact 054 470 1111, which is available 24/7.
