Hi Yasser, I just tested an A3 size on my printer and the white dates with colored rows printed without issue. Have you checked that there isn’t an issue with the printer you’re using (low ink/toner)? Perhaps you can try printing on a different printer.

Please use a color printer, as the calendar file and design isn’t set up for black and white printing.

We have updated the above links to new, corrected PDF files of the Operational Calendar. We apologize for the delay – this issue really had us stumped! When we printed the original file from different printers across campus we received different results so the issue was difficult to pinpoint. But now it should be resolved. Please let me know if you have any problems with the updated files.

Great to have them in pdf format this year, thanks. I printed A3 coloured copy no problem.
When will the official printed versions be available?

Can you please verify the EID AL FITR dates in August? It appears that Wednesday 7th is the start of Eid and that the university will close that day through to Friday 16th.

Thank you
